GD10 Panoramabahn

The Panoramabahn in the Swiss ski area of Savognin replaces a 3-person chair lift as well as a draglift, and performs a double function as a shuttle ropeway and skier transportation system. The limited space at the valley station and noise likely to be caused by the planned construction of a mountain restaurant on the roof of the mountain station garage also meant certain other requirements needed to be taken into account. The 10-passenger gondola lift is able to satisfy all these requirements perfectly. It is used by winter sports enthusiasts during the winter and by families with strollers and bikes in the summer.
