From development to commissioning

Supply Chain Management takes care of efficient production planning and looks after purchasing, so that Production can manufacture on time and to the highest quality. It is helped in this aim by the Quality Department, which has the specialist knowledge to ensure quality and safety. If our Research and Development first develops a new product (or improves an old one), it is the task of Sales & Marketing to arouse the interest of our customers and win them over. Customer Service then provides professional support in the event of technical problems. Commercial issues are dealt with by Administration. This involves controlling and finance, legal issues and human resources. The IT Department offers assistance with state-of-the-art technologies and IT support for the staff.
